Happy happy.

Happy Friday!  Happy Spring!

At the top of my Spring To-Do List is the bi-annual closet turn over.  I get to pack away those bulky sweaters and tired corduroys (which will transform back into “cozy” and “adorable” come September) and pull out all the dresses, skirts, and flutter-sleeved blouses that I tucked away when fall arrived.  Suede ankle booties will be replaced with peep-toe wedges.  Velvet hobo bags get traded for straw clutches.  And jeans get upgraded to sundresses.

As a wee bit of fashion inspiration, here’s a pretty little something I put together…

Necklace.  Dress.  Clutch.  Shoes.

Don’t you dare think I spend this kind of money on clothes.  No way, Jose.  But I am a firm believer in being inspired by top-notch items…and then finding budget-friendly knock-offs!

Have a great first weekend of Spring!

Note:  If you are an email subscriber, then last night you received a notice that I had published a new post called “Classic  Work Day Attire.”  That was my mistake, and I do apologize!
