The Ina Project: My Top 50 Recipes

October 26, 2019 · In: Chronicles, Ina

To take the entirety of Ina’s work (thus far) and scale it down into a list of favorites is difficult work. To limit that list to only fifty entries is almost beyond the boundaries of reason. But I did it.

After cooking, tasting, and critiquing all 963 of Ina Garten’s recipes, I am sharing with you my Top 50 Favorite Ina Recipes.

This list makes me smile. Every single one of these recipes has a delicious memory or a tasty history associated with it. These are the recipes that I would turn to time and time again. These are the ones I could not cook without. These are the ones that have proved to be crowd-pleasers and no-fail and everything else I could want from a recipe.

These fifty recipes are my favorites, and since taste is utterly subjective, feel free to agree or disagree. That’s the beauty of taste.

I took a spring break field trip to Dallas with my friend Nicole, and our sole purpose was to eat lunch at Loro.

Did we order half the menu for only the two of us? We did.

Was every bite totally worth it? Absolutely.

A true friend will order way too much food with you simply for the experience of sharing it together. πŸ’—

In an effort to get inspired to add a touch of spring to my home, I did an internet deep-dive to create what I think is a beautiful collection of inspiring images designed to spark my inner home-decor maven.

No, we didn’t travel with the dog. Yes, we did travel halfway with toddlers. Yes, we broke down on the side of the highway and rode in a tow truck. Apart from that drama, it was lots of food, coffee, band, shopping, hanging, filling out Oscar ballots, and watching Lillian master the hoverboard.
