Did anyone else feel wonky this week? We drove into town from Michigan on Saturday, and I spent Sunday getting situated back at home. Monday was relaxing, Tuesday was a holiday, and then Wednesday felt like a Monday. On Thursday I felt like I had just begun working again, only to realize the weekend was one day away. Needless to say, it was all a jumble this week, but in the best way.
Here is what I wore this week…
SATURDAY

Day two of our road trip back from Michigan. So ready to be home!

SUNDAY

It felt so good to sleep in my own bed! I spent most of the day in leggings and t-shirt, but then threw on this black outfit for church.
pants // shirt and a similar option // purse // earrings
MONDAY

Hurley House was closed, but I had a lot of catch up admin stuff to do, so I headed up to the store for a quiet workspace. Then I did a bunch of cooking at home just for fun (which has not happened in a very, very long time for me).
TUESDAY

Happy Fourth of July! We hung out poolside with friends, and I spent the day in a cute pink swimsuit from J.Crew. This breezy dress was a perfect coverup, but I also wore a cute pair of flirty ruffle shorts around the pool. And, of course, a sun hat.

WEDNESDAY

Back to work! Hurley House reopened after being closed for AC repairs. I was ready to get back into my routine. I don’t wear a lot of mini skirts (which is to say I never wear mini skirts), but this one is so great. It’s longer in the back and something about it just works for me.

THURSDAY

Classic navy and white for a day of work.
jeans // shirt // bag // sneakers
FRIDAY

Decided to pull on an easy skirt and pair it with a cute scarf for an elevated (but comfy) Friday look.
